What Happens If an Item is not in Stock? 

There are 3 types of product availability status that you should be aware of.

on request 1-2 weeks delivery - items can be ordered in especially and will take upto 2 weeks to reach the customer

Instock - Means goods are in stock and will be shipped next working day.

Backorder - Means we can order in products especially for you.Backorder items are billed ASAP.

Pre-Order - products are items that are not currently in stock but are coming soon.You will be billed ASAP for all preorder items , we do this because we some of the items are rare, limited edition items often made to order from the Manufacturer.They require us to pay up front to secure our order with them which is often produced in very limited quantitie's ,so we have to do this to secure the stock.

*You have the right to cancel all Instock,Backorder or Preorder items at anytime should you not wish to proceed with the order.

However sometimes with popular, rare or limited items, stock sells out faster than we can update availability information but we do try to be as accurate as humanly possible

When this happens we'll send you an e-mail asking you if you wish to wait or cancel.
If you cancel we'll close your order and thats it.

If you decide to continue and wait for the order then we'll do our best to give you an idea of when you'll get your goods.

9 times out of 10 when goods are delayed its because the item has been delayed by the manufacturer and/or distributor/supplier.

How Do I Return an Item?

Please note we can only accept returns in their original,undamaged packaging and our proof of purchase (our receipt or invoice), you may do so within 28 days of the date of dispatch. Please post the item(s) to our returns address:

Please be aware that we will not refund you the cost of the postage. (only if items is faulty/or our mistake) 

As soon as we receive the parcel we'll issue your refund, we will issue a refund on postage if faulty only, Please only send parcels 2nd Class post. Please do not use recorded or special delivery as we can only refund 2nd class postage or less. We cannot refund postage for non-UK orders that are returned.


I received my order and one of the clothing items (t-shirt, hat, etc.) doesn't fit. What can I do?

If you receive a t-shirt or other apparel item that doesn't fit right, we will gladly exchange it for you. We want you to be happy with your purchase and wear your superhero shirts and other clothing items comfortably. Each manufacturer produces its products a little bit differently, and we do our best to provide sizing charts that reflect those differences. Please contact our customer service department at and they will provide you with instructions for returning the shirt and getting the size you need. The shirt must be returned in the condition in which it was received and in its original packaging. We are not able to accept shirts with stains, marks or other signs of wear. Postage charges are covered by the buyer for all returns/exchanges unless the mistake/problem was on our end, Exchanges are available for 28 days of the date of dispatch to qualify for a exchange.

When do you charge my credit card?
You will be billed straight away for all Instock,Backorder or Preorder items.

You have the right to cancel your order at any point should you not want to proceed anymore.

Do I receive a confirmation e-mail?

Yes. You will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail with your Internet Order number immediately after you complete checkout. You will also receive Order Status and Shipping Confirmation emails. If you do not, please contact us.

What happens IF an item, description, price or other content on the web site is incorrect?

We do our best to be as accurate/spot-on as possible.

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, photographs or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

99% of the time all info is accurate but we cannot be responsible for typographical errors, manufacturer delays in delivery or changes to products.

When will my order arrive?

If the item(s) you ordered is an IN STOCK item. Most UK customers receive their order within 2-3 working days latest (depending at what time/day you ordered). If you have not then feel free to chase us up on it. But do please allow at least a week to get your order.

International (non-uk) orders usually get to their destinations within 1 Working week after despatch.

PRE-ORDER and BACKORDER items are despatched within 3 days of the stock arriving in our warehouse. An e-mail will be sent to you when any type of order is shipped. Plz also note shipping dates may be subject to change with PRE-ORDER and BACKORDER items.

Am I charged more than once for shipping for multiple shipments in one order?

No, FREE Shipping  to all uk customers.

International shipping is only charged once. No additional shipping charges are applied.
